What are the check-in hours?

You can check-in at d'Alma Boutique Hotel between 03 pm and 10 pm. If you wish to check-in earlier, please contact the Reception team. This service is available upon request, upon availability and at no additional cost.

What is the check-out time?

Generally, check-out time is until 11 am. However, upon availability you may extend it for an additional hour, and at no additional cost. If you wish, you may postpone your check-out time until 4 pm, subject to availability and associated fee.

What payment methods are available?

The payment methods available at d'Alma Boutique Hotel are: cash, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, bank transfer and MBWAY.

Is it possible to pay at check-out?

The payment has to be made at the time of booking or during Check-in.

How can I change or cancel my reservation?

Requests for cancellations and changes (subject to availability) of flexible reservations should be made in writing to the email reservas@dalmaboutiquehotel.pt with the respective date and time. If this request is made up to 72 hours before the date of arrival, no penalty will be charged.

What is the Tourist Tax? Is it included in the value of my reservation?

The city of Porto charges a City Tourist Tax of 2 euros per person. This amount is not included in the prices communicated nor in the total value of your reservation. This tax will be charged directly to the Guest at the hotel. The fee is 2 euros per person (aged 13 years or older) per night, for a maximum of 7 nights.

Can I request a room adapted for disabled people?

d’Alma Boutique Hotel has a room prepared to receive Guests with reduced mobility, therefore the reservation is subject to availability

What are the reception's opening hours?

The reception is open between 08 am and 00 am.

Can I keep my luggage in the hotel?

d’Alma Boutique Hotel keeps your luggage free of charge a few hours before check-in and after check-out. If you wish to leave your luggage with us for a longer period, there will be an additional charge of 5 euros per day and per suitcase.

Does d'Alma Boutique Hotel offer Internet access?

Yes. d'Alma Boutique provides free Wi-Fi internet access in the common areas, rooms and studios.

Is smoking allowed?

d’Alma Boutique Hotel has a no smoking policy, thus smoking is expressly forbidden in the rooms/studios or in any other indoor area. Smoking is only allowed in the common outdoor area (patio).

Do you offer activities at the Hotel?

d’Alma Boutique Hotel offers wine tastings on its premises, on request and at an additional cost.

If you wish to do City Tours you must contact the reception team to schedule them with our partners.

Does the hotel provide parking?

d’Alma Boutique Hotel does not have a parking lot, so if you wish, Guests must park their vehicles in places and/or parking lots adjacent to the Hotel.

Do you have a transfer service??

d’Alma Boutique Hotel reserves its transfer upon request and at an additional cost.

Does the Hotel offer a laundry service?

d'Alma Boutique does not have a laundry service for the Guests. Please go to the reception for recommendations.

What about noise, does the hotel have an established standard?

It is expected that the environment at d’Alma sea tranquilo durante todo el día. No obstante, y establecido por ley, el período de descanso es de 22:00 a 08:00 horas (Reglamento General de Ruidos – RGR – Artículo 24. Decreto-Ley N° 9/2007).

Do you allow visits from non-Guests?

We only allow quick visits to the rooms by third parties, to help with bags or to show the place.

We do allow longer visits in common areas, to have a drink.

Is it possible to use the cafeteria and patio tables to enjoy meals purchased outside?
Private dining in our hotel is restricted to rooms and studios.

At what time is the breakfast served?

The breakfast at d'Alma Boutique Hotel is served in buffet format between 08 am and 10:30 am.

Is breakfast included in the room rate?

What should I do if I want to have breakfast before the Cafeteria opening time, due to early Check-out?

If you are staying in a studio, you may receive your Breakfast, previously hired, and it will be delivered (service at no additional cost) in your accommodation until midnight of the previous day.

What is the policy regarding children at d'Alma Boutique Hotel?

Children up to the age of 3 can stay in a room or studio shared with their parents free of charge, subject to prior information and booking confirmation. For this purpose, a crib is available upon request and availability

Are pets allowed?

No pets are allowed, with the exception of assistance animals.

Which amenities are available?

The following amenities are available in the rooms free of charge: shower cap, shampoo and conditioner, shower gel, soap, body lotion, toiletry bag, facial tissues, cotton pads and cotton buds, water bottle and cups. There is also a dental kit available on request at the reception.

How does the Lost and Found work?

After departure, any items left in the room are kept at the hotel for 1 year. If you have left any personal belongings at the hotel, please contact our Team via email at info@dalmaboutiquehotel.pt.

There is an additional cost for the item to be sent at the Guest's expense.
