Reservations

The reservations made with d'Alma Boutique Hoteli. in person, ii. through the website, or iii. through Online Travel Agencies (OTA), must be guaranteed with a credit card accepted by d'Alma Boutique Hotelindicating the name of the cardholder, the card number, its expiration date and the security number.

These credit card details will be retained up to 7 days after check-out. All personal data will be received and processed securely.

Making a reservation implies acceptance of these T&C d'Alma.

Additional occupancy

The rooms/studios have capacity for 2, 3 and/or 4 guests, depending on their typology. One of the guests must be 18 years of age or older, who will be responsible for and supervise the minors throughout their stay.

All requests for additional occupancy must be made at the time of booking, or later in writing, always according to the availability of the room/studio selected. Any changes concerning additional room/studio occupancy are subject to the availability of d’Alma Boutique Hotel at that time.

d’Alma Boutique Hotel provides Cots (*) for children under 3 years old. Cots must be requested at the time of booking and are subject to availability. This service is free of charges.

Additional occupancy (extra bed (**) for all guests aged 4 and over at an additional cost of €30 per night. (All prices include VAT at the applicable rate).

* The rooms/studios that do not allow cots are Luxury Duplex Studio, Double Design Comfort Adapted Room with Exclusive Patio and Double Design Comfort with Exclusive Patio.

** The rooms with a sofa bed for 1 person are: Twin Comfort with extra bed and Double Design Comfort with patio view.

Under no circumstances may the maximum number of persons per room/studio be exceeded.

Pets

No animals of any kind are allowed, even as pets, with the exception of guide dogs (assistance dogs for people with audiovisual disabilities).

Arrivals & Departures (Check-in/Check-out)

d' d'Alma Boutique Hotel does not have a permanent reception, therefore we recommend that you inform us of your arrival time at least 48 hours in advance.

Check-In

Check-In takes place at the reception between 3pm and 10pm.

The Late Check-In service between 12pm and 1am is subject to a surcharge of €30.00 and between 1am and 2am is subject to a surcharge of €65.00 (VAT included). This service - Late Check-In - must be requested at least 48 hours in advance and is always subject to confirmation by d'Alma Boutique Hotel.

To comply with the legal provisions for foreigner registration and for security reasons, we will register at Check-In the data of all room/studio occupants (including minors), so all guests must present a legal identification document with photo.

Check-out

Check-Out is between 8am and 11am, so the rooms/studios must be completely vacated (people and luggage) by 11am on the day of departure.

Any Check-Out outside these hours must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance to d’Alma Boutique Hotelwhich may accept it depending on availability. There may be additional costs for Late Check-out.

One key card per room/studio will be given at Check-In. The room/studio key card must be returned to reception upon check-out. In the event of loss/damage, a charge of €20 (including VAT at the applicable rate) per item will be made.

If the guest requires an additional card, a €10 deposit will be required, which will be refunded upon return of the card.

Payment

d' d'Alma Boutique Hotel will charge all “non-refundable” bookings as soon as they are received. “Non-Refundable” bookings are classified as such at the time of booking.

“Standard” bookings must be paid for at the time of booking.

Only in the event of cancellation or no-show, damage or theft, or in the event of an outstanding balance, may the relevant amounts be charged to the credit card indicated at the time of booking, in accordance with the itemised invoice sent to the guest by e-mail.

In the case of additional services during the stay, these must be paid for at the time the service is provided.

In compliance with regulation no. 1135/2022 of Porto City Hall, a Municipal Tourist Tax of €3.00 per overnight stay, up to a maximum of 7 nights per

erson and per stay, regardless of the type of booking, will be charged to all guests aged 13 or over, in order to continue to ensure Porto as a sustainable reference destination.

Accepted credit cards

d' d'Alma Boutique Hotel informs you that only Euro/Mastercard or Visa cards will be accepted.

For security reasons, only credit cards of the cardholder will be accepted. If the cardholder is not present, d'Alma Boutique Hotel will ask for proof of written authorization to use the card.

d' d'Alma Boutique Hotel does not accept other currencies or bank checks as a form of payment.

Cancellation

Reservations classified as "Non-Refundable" are not subject to cancellation or changes.

Requests for cancellations and changes (subject to availability) of "Standard" reservations must be made in writing, by e-mail, indicating the date and time of the changes and/or cancellations.

For 'Standard' reservations, if the cancellation request is made up to 72 hours prior to the guest's check-in date, no penalty will be charged. However, the full amount of the reservation will be charged if the cancellation/amendment is made less than 72 hours prior to the guest's check-in date, as well as in the event of a 'No Show'.

In case of premature departure, i.e. check-out, before the reservation's scheduled time, the guest will not be entitled to any refund.

If, for any reason, the reservation is cancelled under the responsibility of d'Alma Boutique Hoteland provided that the cause of cancellation does not lie with the guest and/or on his own initiative, the guest will be entitled to a full refund for the payments made until then. d'Alma Boutique Hotel isenta-se de qualquer responsabilidade adicional, para com o hóspede, decorrente de tal cancelamento.

Room Service

d' d'Alma Boutique Hotel has a daily room/bedroom cleaning service from 8am to 4pm every day of the week.

Any cleaning that is requested by the guest outside these hours will require prior confirmation of availability at the reception.

d' d'Alma Boutique Hotel reserves the right to access all rooms every day to check the safety conditions, even if the guest does not require the cleaning service

Breakfast

d' d'Alma Boutique Hotel offers bed and breakfast rates. If you have not chosen these rates and would like to add breakfast, the prices are as follows Children from 0 to 3 years old - free; children from 4 to 12 years old - €8; guests over 13 years old - €15 (all prices include VAT at the current rate).

Breakfast is served between 8am and 10:30am, so please check with reception by 6pm the day before to ensure that the breakfast room is available at your preferred time.

Guest behavior

Guests must behave appropriately at all times during their stay and in accordance with these d'Alma T&C and in accordance with the instructions of the d’Alma Boutique Hotel staff regarding respect for the property and politeness towards the staff and other guests.

As a matter of respect and care for the rest of the other guests, noisy behavior is not accepted between 10 pm and 8 am.

Should any guest cause noise between these hours, d’Alma Boutique Hotel reserves the right to refuse the room/studio or any other services and to ask the guest to leave. In such cases, d’Alma Boutique Hotel shall have no obligation to reimburse the guest for the lost room/studio, services or any other loss or expense incurred thereby.

It is strictly forbidden to use any of the objects or utensils provided in the rooms/studios of d’Alma Boutique Hotel outside of it. In case of theft, loss or damage of any object or utensil, d’Alma Boutique Hotel reserves the right to charge the guest's credit card for the respective amount.

Parties and/or receptions are not allowed in any room of d’Alma Boutique Hotel, including room/studio.

Security Rules

Guests must ensure the protection and care of their own property by using the safe provided in their accommodation.

It is advisable to check all doors and windows before leaving the room/studio. For your own safety, pay special attention to the main entrance door of d'Alma Boutique Hotel and make sure it is properly closed.

To prevent fires and other accidents that could endanger the health of yourself, other guests and neighbors, we ask guests to take basic safety rules into consideration.

Limitation of Liability

Guests may use the free wireless broadband ("wi-fi") service, provided they use their own electronic equipment. The d'Alma Boutique Hotel is not responsible for any loss of service or damage to equipment, which may occur as a result of using the free wi-fi service.

Guests are responsible for damage caused by themselves, their guests or any other persons entering the building due to negligent behavior in the rooms/studios or in the common areas of the building.

d' d'Alma Boutique Hotel does not have a Car Park. Therefore, we are not responsible for any damage to the guests' vehicles parked in places and/or parking lots adjacent to d'Alma Boutique Hotel in these cases, vehicles are subject to the regulations of the locations in question.

IComplementary Information

d' d'Alma Boutique Hotel has a no smoking policy, thus smoking is expressly forbidden in the rooms/studios or in any other indoor area. Smoking is only allowed in the common outdoor area (patio).

Guests are only allowed to receive visitors in the common areas of the hotel between 9am and 9pm

It is not allowed to use the rooms/studios for any other purpose that is considered illegal in Portugal and in the European Union, namely, but not limited to, possession of weapons, consumption of narcotics and use of any illegal goods, among others.

Under no circumstances may the room/studio be sublet.

d' d'Alma Boutique Hotel reserves the right to change, replace or withdraw any Service or "amenity" at any time, without prior notice, whenever necessary.
