Todos os dados pessoais ser\u00e3o recebidos e processados de forma segura.<\/p><p>A concretiza\u00e7\u00e3o de uma reserva implica uma aceita\u00e7\u00e3o destes T&amp;C d\u2019Alma.<\/p><p><strong><em>Ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o adicional<\/em><\/strong><\/p><p>Os quartos\/est\u00fadios t\u00eam capacidade de 2, 3 e\/ou 4 h\u00f3spedes, mediante a sua tipologia, sendo que \u00e9 obrigat\u00f3rio que um dos h\u00f3spedes tenha idade igual ou superior a 18 anos, que ser\u00e1 o respons\u00e1vel e supervisor dos menores de idade em todo o tempo da sua estadia.<\/p><p>Todos os pedidos para uma ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o adicional dever\u00e3o ser efetuados no momento da reserva, ou posteriormente por escrito, sempre de acordo com a disponibilidade do quarto\/est\u00fadio selecionado. Quaisquer altera\u00e7\u00f5es relativas \u00e0 ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o adicional de quarto\/est\u00fadio est\u00e3o sujeitas \u00e0 disponibilidade do d\u2019Alma Boutique Hotel naquele momento.<\/p><p>O d\u2019Alma Boutique Hotel disp\u00f5e de ber\u00e7os (*) para crian\u00e7as at\u00e9 aos 3 anos de idade, devendo ser solicitado, no momento da reserva, e sujeito \u00e0 disponibilidade dos mesmos. Este \u00e9 um servi\u00e7o gratuito.<\/p><p>A ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o adicional (cama extra (**) para todos os h\u00f3spedes, a partir dos 4 anos de idade, ter\u00e1 um custo adicional de 30\u20ac por noite. (Todos estes valores incluem IVA \u00e0 taxa legal em vigor)).<\/p><p>* Os quartos\/est\u00fadios que n\u00e3o permitem a coloca\u00e7\u00e3o de ber\u00e7o s\u00e3o: Luxury Duplex Studio, Quarto Double Design Comfort Adaptado C\/ P\u00e1tio Exclusivo e o Quarto Double Design Comfort C\/ P\u00e1tio Exclusivo.<\/p><p>** Quartos equipado com sof\u00e1-cama para 1 pessoa s\u00e3o: os Twin Comfort c\/ cama extra e o Double Design Comfort c\/ vista p\u00e1tio.<\/p><p>Em caso algum poder\u00e1 ser ultrapassado o limite m\u00e1ximo de ocupantes estabelecidos em cada quarto\/est\u00fadio.<\/p><p><strong><em>Animais de Estima\u00e7\u00e3o<\/em><\/strong><\/p><p>N\u00e3o s\u00e3o permitidos animais, de qualquer esp\u00e9cie, ainda que de estima\u00e7\u00e3o, com a exce\u00e7\u00e3o de c\u00e3es-guia (c\u00e3es de assist\u00eancia a pessoas com defici\u00eancias audiovisuais)<\/p><p><strong><em>Chegadas\u00a0&amp; Partidas\u00a0(Check-in\/Check-out)<\/em><\/strong><\/p><p>O <strong>d'Alma Boutique Hotel<\/strong> n\u00e3o tem rece\u00e7\u00e3o em funcionamento permanente, \u00e9, portanto, recomend\u00e1vel a comunica\u00e7\u00e3o da hora de chegada com a anteced\u00eancia de, pelo menos, 48 horas.<\/p><p><strong>Check-In<\/strong><\/p><p>O check-in \u00e9 feito na rece\u00e7\u00e3o entre as 15h00 e as 22h00.<\/p><p>O servi\u00e7o de Late Check-In entre as 00h00 e a 01h00 tem um custo adicional de \u20ac30,00 e entre as 01h00 e as 02h00 tem um custo adicional de \u20ac65,00(inclui IVA \u00e0 taxa legal em vigor). Este servi\u00e7o &#8211; Late Check-In \u2013 deve ser solicitado com at\u00e9 48 horas de anteced\u00eancia, e sempre sujeito a confirma\u00e7\u00e3o por parte do <strong>d'Alma Boutique Hotel<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Para cumprimento das disposi\u00e7\u00f5es legais de registo de estrangeiros e por raz\u00f5es de seguran\u00e7a, registaremos no momento do check-in os dados de todos os ocupantes dos quartos\/est\u00fadios (incluindo menores), pelo que todos os h\u00f3spedes devem apresentar um documento legal identificativo com fotografia.<\/p><p><strong>Check-out<\/strong><\/p><p>O check-out \u00e9 feito entre as 8h00 e as 11h00, pelo que os quartos\/est\u00fadios dever\u00e3o ser totalmente desocupados (pessoas e bagagens) at\u00e9 \u00e0s 11h00 do dia da partida.<\/p><p>Qualquer Check-Out fora deste hor\u00e1rio dever\u00e1 ser comunicado com pelo menos 24 horas de anteced\u00eancia ao <strong>d&#8217;Alma Boutique Hotel<\/strong>, que o poder\u00e1 aceitar consoante a disponibilidade. Poder\u00e1 haver custos adicionais para o Late Check-out.<\/p><p>No check-in \u00e9 entregue um cart\u00e3o-chave por quarto\/est\u00fadio. O cart\u00e3o-chave do quarto\/est\u00fadio deve ser devolvido na rece\u00e7\u00e3o no momento do check-out.
